4 May 2012: Dutch National Remembrance Ceremony

The National Remembrance Ceremony of all Dutch Civilians and Military personnel, who were killed as a result of hostilities, terrorism and during peace operations since the outbreak of the Second World war in the Kingdom of the Netherlands and anywhere else in the world, will take place on Friday 04 May 2012 at the Netherlands Field of Honour, Mill Hill cemetery in North London, NW7 2RR.   
 
There will be short speeches and wreaths will be laid for the commemoration of the perished Dutch, on behalf of:
 
The Dutch Armed Forces
The "Engelandvaarders"
The Dutch Associations
The Dutch resistance
The Dutch Church
 
The Children of the Dutch Regenboog School will be assisting during the Wreath laying ceremony.
 
Your attendance would be highly appreciated.
 
We would like to request you to join us from 19.00 pm at the Chapel, where you can sign the visitors-book.
Coffee, tea and lemonade with cake will be available on arrival.
 
The Ceremony will start at 19.55 pm.
